At Paskapoo Pet Services, we are not your typical “animal lover”, listed on an app and pet sitting for some extra cash!

We take our job of caring for our clients’ pets so seriously that we go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect, starting with a certification in professional pet sitting (CPPS), proper business insurance and bonding, and WCB coverage. We have the experience to handle all situations and care for your pets like no one else. We continuously receive training and guidance from Pet Sitters International and carry Pet First Aid and Pet Care certificates. Furthermore, we use specifically designed software for our complex scheduling needs to ensure we never miss a visit.

We serve the great NW of Calgary, and certain connecting NE and SW communities. Services in Bearspaw and Balzac are subject to an extra charge per visit. Service may be limited in certain communities based on demand and availability of service.

Who's behind Paskapoo?

Kathleen Boucher
Kathleen, owner of Paskapoo Pet Services

When she’s not busy taking care of her business and her clients’ pets and homes, Kathleen is often seen singing in a recording studio or training for her next Taekwondo belt. She loves to watch anime and sci-fi movies with her husband Mark and daughter Kara, taking care of her own pets as well as gardening and traveling to Asia. Her favorite thing in the world is soaking in Japanese hot springs!

Kathleen graduated with honors from the University of Quebec in Montreal with a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Biology. She then worked in environmental and pharmaceutical research, occupational health and safety, pest control management, the entertainment industry, and for the last 12 years, in the pet industry as a professional pet care provider, pet blogger and website designer. She is a Certified Professional Pet Sitter and is continuously learning about advanced pet care and business practices. Kathleen will be launching a new web design business for pet professionals in 2023.
