We have the experience to handle all situations and care for your pets like no one else. We continuously receive training and guidance from Pet Sitters International and carry Pet First Aid and Pet Care certificates. Furthermore, we use specifically designed software for our complex scheduling needs to ensure we never miss a visit.

Owner & Operator – M.Sc Biology – Certified Professional Pet Sitter - Pet Care Provider and Dog Walker. Currently serving NW and Bearspaw communities
Kathleen graduated with honors from the University of Quebec in Montreal with a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Biology. She then worked in environmental and pharmaceutical research, occupational health and safety, pest control management, and for the last 10 years in the pet industry as a professional dog walker, pet sitter, and pooper scooper. She is a Certified Professional Pet Sitter and is continuously learning about advanced pet care and business practices.
Kathleen started Paskapoo Pet Services in early 2013 in order to provide impeccable and reliable services to pet and home owners in the Northwest communities of Calgary, where she has resided since 2008. After working in the Oil & Gas industry for a few years, Kathleen realized the challenges that many Calgary pet owners were facing by having to leave their homes and pets unattended from a few days to several weeks while working in the North of the province. Additionally, many of these people didn’t have any friends or family to rely on while away. After having to use the services of a professional pet sitter herself, Kathleen decided this was a perfect opportunity for her to put her knowledge, work experience and leadership to good use.
When she’s not busy taking care of her business and her clients’ pets and homes, Kathleen is often seen singing in a recording studio or attending a Taekwondo class. She’s also actively involved in Dog Safety Awareness for children and has recently purchased her first investment property with her husband and partner Mark. She loves to spend time with her daughter Kara, her own pets as well as gardening and traveling to Asia.
Nina is an Animal Health Technologist, and currently working at a veterinary hospital. She is also a registered massage therapist and has canine massage certificate. She lives in the NW of Calgary and spends her free time spoiling her dog by massaging him. She is actively involved in Spay and Neuter Task Force and travels outside of Calgary to help with the outreach clinic. Nina has been a valuable member of the Paskapoo Team for over 4 years!
Diana lived in Airdrie for over 30 years. During those years, she owned her own consulting business and worked for various Oil and Gas Companies in Calgary. As a pet owner/lover, she has gained experience with both fresh and saltwater aquariums, finches, hamsters, dogs, cats, and horses. She has also been a volunteer at the Alberta Institute for Wildlife Conservation. Upon retirement, she has moved to NW Calgary where she enjoys walking and exploring the outdoors with her dog.
Christina was born and raised in Calgary, and grew up alongside eight dogs. She has been working as a pet sitter and in the customer service industry for the past 5 years, where she’s acquired the skills to provide excellent care for animals and their owners. In her free time she enjoys reading, writing, and studying about environmental conservation.
